We were so satisfied with Aqua's service & response to our problem. The staff and especially Logan that fixed our discoloured water. He fixed our water problem in a economy mined way. All is solved. Another company was going to go to the most expensive remedy. We would recommend Aqua to anyone with a water problem. Logan rocks!!

I recently bought a house and I was in it for about nine months and the Inside reserve tank apparently it was saturated, but Aqua was nice enough even though they don’t transfer ownership when you purchase a house they at no cost were nice enough to install a brand new tank and all I had to pay was installation charge great customer service. The guys were really nice. They even came back out here and checked when I thought there was a little bit of a leak. Would recommend to anyone.

No water pressure at all from faucets early one morning. Called plumbing company we normally use. They said they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day, at the earliest. I never had a home with Septic and Well Water before so I contacted several companies to see if they would be willing to send a Technician out to show me the workings and what to look for (Maintenance) and to look system over to see if all looked good. I spoke to Alyssa on the phone and Chad & Dylan came out to go over everything.. they were all so nice to work with and speak to. I am very happy O heard about this company and will call them for all my Well needs.

The technician that came was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get our pressure tank swapped within a couple hours. Also let us know of somewhere things to look for in the future as far as maintenance.

Unbelievably well-run company. We woke up to no water pressure and gave Aqua a call—Sammy picked up right away and calmly walked us through every possible issue. This is a pleasure to write… this company and its employees are such a pleasure to work with! From the initial call in for service… not knowing what I needed, but in dire straits due to a non-functioning well.. to the service itself, I cannot relay how wonderful they are!! We had a great experience with Aqua Well & Pump Systems. We contracted with them in May 2025 to drill a new well and install a new pump. Everyone we dealt with (Ken, Chuck, Sammy, Diane, etc) was professional, responsive via phone and email, and extremely competent. Our old system in the house was somewhat convoluted, and they reconfigured everything and brought it up to date. They were very respectful of our property and disturbed the landscaping as little as possible. This included underground boring into the house rather than digging a large, long trench. The price was very fair, and they handled all permits and other details as needed. Finally, a shout out to Chuck who very helpful in explaining the process, and answering our questions before, during, and after installation. Highly recommended.

I I needed a 20' trench dug to bury a new conduit from my house to the well. Also, my pressure tank was running on borrowed time. Logan B. and James A. arrived promptly and went right to work. James dug the trench, Logan worked on the connection and replaced a useless faucet with one which allows me to draw unsoftened water for my houseplants. They removed the old pressure tank and Installed the new one without a hitch! I'm grateful for these two trained professional s who focused on their work, answered all my questions, and left no mess!
